Damage in transit

Please check the parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, take a photo and contact us the same day; we will replace the product or refund you.

Withdrawing from an order

The right of withdrawal and its time limits are governed by applicable law. Handmade items and made-to-order products may have special rules, and food products cannot be returned once opened.
